Portsmouth and District Synchronised Swiming Cub was formed in 2012 and are affiliated to the Amateur Swimming Association.

We are based on the South Coast and have regular sessions in Portsmouth, Petersfield and Eastleigh

We offer Synchro to all ages, regularly holding sessions for Juniors, Adults and Masters and at all levels from recreational to competitive.

Many of our coaches and Masters swimmers have experienced great success in their swimming careers achieving selection into the County, District and National swimming squads, we have also provoded coaches to the County Squad and District development squads.

Our Swimmers have taken part in many local, national international competitions either as part of a squad or as a club.

Our club members, swimmers, now retired swimmers and coaches have often been involved in the promotion of our sport. They have been on television having featured in Boredom Busters for Southern television, Blue Peter and a piece with Toyah Wilcox who came to train with the swimmers for a day.

On many occasions our members have been asked to swim displays both for charities and social events...these include performing for Lord March at Goodwood, firstly for a ball hosted for Tiffany's jewellers and then for the Festival of Speed, the opening of The Quays Leisure Centre in Southampton, a Bournemouth hotel, Cannons health club in Portsmouth and for Lord Mayor Treloar School in Alton.

Synchronised swimming is a great way to keep fit, meet new people and have fun whilst doing it!

If you are interested in becoming a member of out friendly club why not come along to a free taster session and have a go!
