For a long time now, we have been trying to provide Land Sessions for the swimmers who attend Churchers. Our other two venues have had their Land Sessions for a few years now and Churchers girls have been missing out. At last, we can provide this essential part of your training as a Synchronised Swimmer.
As well as flexibility, these sessions will improve your strength and stamina, which will enable you to do better figures and swim better routines. There will also be people brought in to provide different sessions occasionally for the girls, for example Yoga, Dance, Pilates, etc.
The sessions are open to ALL the swimmers at Churchers, including the Beginners and the Masters! We do hope that everyone will come every week, but if that’s not possible, please do come as often as you can.
